About
Every now and then, a little birdie has something big to say.
After two decades designing over-the-top events, leading big teams, and making sure every Guest ended their day with a story to tell, I decided it was time to spread my own wings. I wanted to build something that combined all the things I love most: leadership that feels human, hospitality that makes people feel seen, and creativity that refuses to stay in its cage.
So I took inspiration from the sassiest little coach I know. My dog and our CCO (Chief Cuteness Officer) Birdie.
She’s sweet when she wants to be, endlessly curious, and just bold enough to keep everyone on their toes. She became the namesake of this because she reminds me that curiosity is powerful, playfulness is productive, and sometimes the smallest voices carry the biggest ideas.
That’s what Little Birdie Consulting is all about: helping people lead with heart, serve with flair, and create with joy. Whether it’s through workshops, speaking, or creative strategy, I’m here to make leadership and hospitality feel a little less stiff and a whole lot more unforgettable.
